I welcome you to the Benue state polytechnic Ugbokolo, a citadel of learning and knowledge. I implore you to take your studies serious as it is your gate way to a brighter future. In this citadel of learning, we build people with intellect and character as this is what you will require to succeed as you exit the school into the larger society. I therefore urge you to shun cultism, exam malpractice and other evil vices that may impede your peaceful stay and learning in this great institution. The Student Information Handbook (2014) gives you the needed guide on how to live in the Polytechnic.
